Sales Consultant (Remote in Eau Claire/Chippewa Valley)

Morgan Murphy Media – home to WKBT-TV (CBS), , Phase 3 Digital, and MyNetwork TV – is searching for a passionate, results-driven Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. This is a remote role based in the Eau Claire/Chippewa Valley area, where you will partner with local business owners and community leaders to craft strategic, multimedia advertising solutions that fuel growth and success.

What You will Do:
  • Drive Community Impact: Proactively connect with local business owners, organizations, and community leaders to understand their goals and offer tailored advertising strategies.
  • Develop Strategic Campaigns: Use your creative thinking to build dynamic TV and digital advertising campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  • Manage Client Success: Oversee every aspect of your clients’ campaigns—from idea to execution—ensuring clear communication, consistent follow-through, and positive outcomes.
  • Exceed Revenue Goals: Meet and surpass monthly sales targets by driving new business and growing existing accounts.
  • Nurture Lasting Relationships: Build trust with clients through reliable communication, solution-based selling, and dedication to helping them reach their business objectives.
  • Grow Your Portfolio: Continuously expand your book of business while maintaining and increasing your current clients’ advertising spend.

  • Strong Communication & Negotiation

    Skills:

    You are adept at storytelling, presenting ideas persuasively, and closing deals.
  • Media Savvy: Prior media sales experience is a plus. Familiarity with TV, digital advertising, and the competitive media landscape will set you up for success.
  • Resilience & Adaptability: You bounce back quickly from setbacks and continuously learn from your experiences.
  • Reliable Transportation & Valid Driver’s License: You are ready to travel locally to meet clients and cultivate lasting connections.
  • Competitive Compensation: Features a base salary + monthly uncapped, recurring commissions that start upon client invoicing.
