Duties
  • Close customer contact and telephone customer support
  • Offer creation with ERP system
  • Telephone offer follow-up with the customer, sometimes in English
  • Order analysis
  • Order entry in the ERP system
  • Checking delivery dates and other contract conditions
  • Date tracking
  • Margin analysis of recorded orders
  • Maintenance of price lists and customer master data
  • Project work
Qualification
  • Completed business administration studies or commercial training and professional experience in administrative sales
  • Very good English skills (spoken and written)
  • Very good Excel user skills
  • Enjoyment of dealing with people
  • Strong communication skills
  • Structured and goal-oriented working method
  • Team capability
