• Participate in community events to promote the agency and brand awareness.

• Valid insurance license in property and casualty insurance.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
