• Outbound and Inbound Sales Calls: Manage a mix of incoming inquiries and proactive calls to prospects, offering solutions and guidance based on their needs.
• Client Consultation: Engage with potential and existing clients, understanding their individual insurance needs and providing expert advice.
• Policy Customization: Craft customized insurance plans that align with the specific requirements of each client, promoting tailored solutions.
• Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to Aquila Insurance Agency LLC.
• Cross‑Selling: Identify and seize opportunities to enhance client portfolios by suggesting additional coverage options and complementary policies.
• Industry Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of current trends and changes in the insurance sector to provide the most informed advice possible.

• Licensing: Must possess an active Texas Insurance License.
• Experience: Experience in insurance sales or a related industry is strongly preferred. Recent Allstate experience preferred.
• Sales Ability: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Dependability: Reliable and able to manage time effectively in a non‑remote work environment.
