Work at home (W@H) requirements include a professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk and wired high-speed internet connection with a minimum 100 MBps download speed and 20 MBps upload speed.

From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment.

All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, no worries, paid training also includes licensing! Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred.
• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.
