Role Overview :
Drive enterprise pipeline growth by engaging strategic accounts across the Enterprise East region, shaping how large organizations modernize customer experience through cloud and AI. This role directly influences revenue expansion by creating new logo opportunities while unlocking additional value within existing customers. At Genesys, you will help organizations deliver more human, connected experiences at scale, supported by an AI-powered platform used by thousands of global enterprises.
You will operate with high autonomy, partnering closely with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to execute targeted account strategies that accelerate growth and deepen customer impact. This position offers strong exposure to enterprise sales motions, senior stakeholder engagement, and career progression within a global sales organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive multi-channel outbound strategies that generate qualified pipeline across new logo and existing enterprise accounts
Identify and develop high-value opportunities by analyzing account landscapes, industry trends, and customer signals
Engage senior decision-makers and influencers to position solutions that align with strategic business outcomes
Partner with Account Executives to build and execute account-based plans that expand footprint and accelerate deal velocity
Leverage customer intelligence and usage insights to uncover cross-sell and upsell opportunities
Convert inbound and marketing-qualified leads into high-quality sales opportunities with clear next steps
Articulate the value of Genesys Cloud and CX solutions in the context of customer challenges and measurable outcomes
Utilize modern sales tools and data-driven insights to optimize outreach effectiveness and engagement quality
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting inputs, and activity reporting within Salesforce Consistently achieve and exceed pipeline generation, meeting conversion, and activity KPIs aligned to revenue goals
Required Qualifications:
1 to 3+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or inside sales role within SaaS, cloud, CX, or technology environments
Proven track record of outbound prospecting and pipeline generation in complex or enterprise accounts
Experience engaging mid-level to senior stakeholders within large organizations
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand customer challenges and align solutions effectively
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
Experience using Salesforce, Linked In Sales Navigator, and modern sales engagement platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and account-based selling strategies
Exposure to customer experience platforms, contact center technologies, or AI-driven solutions
Demonstrated ability to leverage data and insights to refine outreach and improve performance
Experience collaborating cross-functionally in a high-growth or global sales environment
Compensation:
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.$48,600.00 - $85,400.00
