We are looking for a Director of Education, North America to join our growing organization and help people find the best version of themselves.

Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities
  • Fulfill direct and dealer revenue quota in the Education market.
  • Create and plan annual and strategic business plans for the assigned channel.
  • Own key customers in the assigned channel verticals and drive revenue plan and performance targets.
  • Maintain, educate, and enhance relationships with customers, dealers, and internal salespeople in the US & Canada.
  • Provide feedback on customer product needs, features, price points, and functions to Sales and Product Management.
  • Assist and provide input on marketing strategies and plans for the market.
  • Maintain and renew existing dealer account relationships.
  • Determine the optimal sales channel (direct, territory management, or distributors) based on market dynamics.
  • Support/lead direct and dealer teams in pricing, RFP, bid processes, and quoting.
  • Manage education-specific national, regional, and local contracts.
  • Assist in order processing, credit/collection processes, and ensure timely customer order fulfillment.
  • Work with technical service, logistics, sales operations, credit, and other departments to meet customer expectations.
  • Attend customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events to enhance business and deepen relationships.
  • Engage in social media and channel partnerships, including speaking engagements, to position the company as an industry expert.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to contribute to Product and Channel strategies.
  • Execute accurate sales planning and forecasting.

Education and Experience Requirements
  • Four-year college degree and/or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office.
  • Strong Salesforce/CRM experience.
  • Minimum five years of previous sales experience, preferably in fitness background or direct/dealer sales teams.
  • Prior trade show experience preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable status.
  • Current insurance policy required.
