About the Role
iCapital is looking to hire a Sales Support Analyst to join the Alternative Distribution team. The role expands the internal Sales Support team to cover the six U.S. regions within Alternative Distribution. This analyst provides top‑notch customer service to financial advisors in partnership with Client Success and Regional Alternatives Distribution Sales teams. The ideal candidate works with new and existing advisors throughout the lifecycle of alternative investments and acts as the main liaison among Sales, Investor Relations, Fund Finance, and Operations teams to support pre‑sale, sale, and post‑sales activities.
Responsibilities- Drive new user registrations by proactively engaging financial advisors and educating them on iCapital’s value proposition.
- Lead campaigns to promote iCapital Marketplace product launches, conferences, and thought leadership publications.
- Develop, maintain, and nurture relationships with key advisors and firms in the region to maximize platform usage.
- Improve skills and knowledge of alternative products and related investment processes continuously.
- Maintain accurate Salesforce CRM records and populate user profile characteristics for firm‑wide use.
- Serve as the main point of contact and problem solver for advisors regarding investment creation and servicing.
- Manage referrals to iCapital Structured Investments, Architect, and Client Solutions teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Experience in investment or financial services.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word;
Tableau or other BI tools an advantage. - Demonstrated aptitude for project management and ability to prioritize and execute multiple requests across functions.
- Strong client focus and customer‑service skill set with outstanding judgment, critical thinking, attention to detail, and strong verbal and written communication.
- Attainment of Series 7 and Series 63 licenses within 120 days of hire.
- Attainment of Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) certification within 2 years of hire.
The base salary range for this role is $75,000–$85,000. iCapital offers a compensation package that includes salary, equity for all full‑time employees, and an annual performance bonus. The role requires office presence Monday–Thursday, with remote work on Friday.
