Job OverviewLocation:
Fully Remote within the United States.
Compensation: $53,600 target total (base $41,600 + variable $12,000) with top performers earning $80,000+ annually.
We are seeking experienced Educational Sales Representatives who combine educational expertise with consultative sales skills to help families achieve academic goals.
Responsibilities- Conduct meaningful needs assessment conversations with families.
- Apply educational, teaching, or training experience to recommend personalized learning solutions.
- Build trust through consultative conversations.
- Demonstrate subject‑matter expertise in educational products and services.
Upcoming Start Dates/Training
- Paid Training Schedule (Virtual – 6 weeks total) – Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT, with a 1‑hour unpaid lunch.
- Post‑Training Permanent Schedule (selected after training):
- Option A: Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Sat – 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CT
- Option B: Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Sat – 12:00 PM–8:00 PM CT
- Option C: Sun, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat – 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CT
- Option D: Sun, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat – 12:00 PM–8:00 PM CT
- Option E: Sun, Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat – 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CT
- Option F: Sun, Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat – 12:00 PM–8:00 PM CT
Availability Requirement: Must be able to work all training hours and the permanent split‑shift schedule after training.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of teaching, training, or educational sales experience (strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated success in metrics‑driven environments.
- Ability to work a full‑time schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Stable, distraction‑free remote work environment.
Reliable high‑speed internet connection. - Understanding and appreciation of our apolitical company culture.
- Educational experience and expertise, especially from teaching and working directly with students and parents.
- Proven track record of exceeding metrics and performance goals.

- Base salary: $41,600 (≈$20/hr) + $12,000 variable compensation target post‑training.
