Key Account Manager Poland & Baltics

Overview

Our Eastern Europe team is evolving from indirect to direct‑to‑retail, and we’re building a high‑performing sales team to expand our footprint in Sports, Fashion, Lifestyle, Retail and FMCG channels across Poland and the Baltics. We’re looking for ambitious, energetic, commercially driven hunters to join as Key Account Managers.

As Key Account Manager, you will own the commercial agenda, build long‑term partnerships with leading retailers, and drive market growth.

• Full budget and sales responsibility for your market and customer portfolio, ensuring strong commercial performance.
• Expand and strengthen existing and new accounts by identifying commercial opportunities and translating them into actionable plans.
• Manage and optimize product categories to ensure the right assortment and performance across all channels.
• Monitor and improve sales performance through data‑driven analysis and continuous optimization.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Sales Support, Marketing, Logistics, and Product to ensure seamless execution.
• Lead or support additional projects that contribute to market growth and brand visibility.

You bring a strong commercial mindset, passion for brands, and a drive to win. You are confident, structured, and energized by building relationships.

• A proven track record in Key Account Management within Fashion or Sports Lifestyle & FMCG.
• Strong negotiation and networking skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a small, close‑knit sales team.
• Fluency in Polish and English (additional languages are a plus).
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of the local retail landscape and the needs of international and local retailers.
• A self‑starter mentality with the drive to deliver the best results.

You live in the Warsaw region and are willing to travel regularly across Poland and the Baltics. This role is based in Warsaw, Poland and requires traveling.

Based in Warsaw, Poland. Remote work from home or other countries is not possible.
