With a consultant mindset, you’ll work to diagnose customer needs and help solve real-world safety and regulatory challenges.
What You’ll Do- Make outbound calls to generate new sales opportunities
- Independently prospect, qualify, and convert leads into opportunities
- Conduct discovery calls and provide solution overviews and/or demos
- Close new business to meet and exceed individual monthly sales quotas
- Build and manage a strong pipeline in CRM
- Follow up consistently to move prospects through the entire sales process
- Represent a broad portfolio of SaaS tools, training, and compliance services
- 1+ year of sales experience
- Motivated and goal driven
- Clear communication and confidence working over the phone
- High aptitude and coachability, to learn systems and solutions quickly
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s preferred
- $60,000–$70,000 estimated first‑year earnings (hourly base + monthly incentives)
- Work remote (home office) or in‑office (Neenah, WI)

Work is performed primarily in a standard office or home‑office environment. Work involves operation of personal computer equipment for extended periods of time.
