Remote Senior Manager, Broker Strategy & Virtual Sales

Health Care Service Corp. is seeking a Sr. Manager to drive Health Spring’s Local Broker Strategy and manage a team of sales personnel handling new Individual Medicare Advantage and Part D sales. This role will implement new sales goals, focusing on effective team communication and collaboration, while maintaining a high-quality broker experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong management skills, a thorough knowledge of managed care products, and the ability to handle multiple priorities. This is a fully remote position available across the United States.
