Key Responsibilities- Set and meet sales targets in alignment with company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships.
- Address customer needs and requirements promptly.
- Prepare, present, and follow up on quotes efficiently.
- Keep accurate account data updated in the ERP/CRM system.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows and seminars to network and build connections.
- Travel to client locations within assigned territories to maintain and grow customer relationships.
- Compile and deliver weekly progress updates, field reports, and sales forecasts.
- Handle and report any customer complaints, challenges, or non‑conformance issues.
- Conduct competitor analysis and provide actionable insights to the team.
- Suggest innovative product ideas based on customer input and market trends.
- Collaborate with R&D to support the development of new products when needed.
- At least 8 years of relevant sales experience, ideally selling waterproofing products, sealants, or related materials.
- Familiarity with toll coating processes is a bonus.
- Strong consultative sales skills with a proven ability to close deals.
- Background in textiles, polymer materials, or coatings, with exposure to extrusion or laminating processes being beneficial.
- Self‑motivated and capable of working independently while meeting deadlines.
- Creative thinker with excellent analytical skills.
- Collaborative and a strong team player.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills (in‑person and virtual).
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems.
- Flexibility to travel 50–75%, primarily within the U.S. and Canada, with occasional travel to Europe when necessary.
- Valid driver’s license and passport.
- Bachelor’s degree.
