Overview

The Territory Manager sales position offers the opportunity to establish superior selling skills, offer a large business solution in a small‑to‑mid size business environment, and grow into a Senior Territory Manager/Regional Sales Manager role by gaining valuable experience selling to executive level decision makers (Owner, CEO, CFO, President, and Vice President). This outside sales position is focused on new business acquisition in the freight shipping industry.

Responsibilities
  • Prospecting new business (heavy B2B door‑to‑door cold calling)
  • Develop lead generation and utilize CRM to track activity
  • Sell and set up new accounts
  • Manage accounts you sell
Training and Development

New hires receive three weeks of corporate training within their first 24 months, with additional senior TM and management training opportunities along their career. All training occurs in Little Rock, AR, led by the Executive Development Team. After basic sales training, new Territory Managers join the Fast Start Program for three months of in‑the‑field training with upper management.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of freight sales experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, marketing, communications or similar)
  • Involvement in campus activities, athletic backgrounds highly recommended
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, polished, and professional demeanor
  • Determined to be part of a winning team
  • Strong desire for success
