Medicare Sales Agent - Hybrid (Englewood, CO) – #2340420
We are seeking dedicated sales professionals to consult prospective Medicare members on insurance products, guiding them through enrollment and ensuring a positive experience. This is a hybrid role combining onsite training and remote work.
Primary Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls from prospective members, evaluate assistance needed and convert callers to qualified leads and sales.
- Follow up with members on questions and review current or new products and services.
- Navigate multiple computer systems to document member information while maintaining active listening and engagement.
- Explain product portfolio differences and assist in selecting products that best meet member needs.
- Complete enrollment applications over the phone, ensuring adherence to product requirements and guidelines.
- Meet performance, attendance and consumer experience goals set for the position.
- Maintain licensure and annual product certificate requirements.
- Compensation is base pay plus monthly sales incentive; base compensation ranges from $50 k–$65 k, top performers may earn $80 k+.
- Earn up to $2 k sign‑on bonus (unlicensed) or $3 k (licensed).
Full‑time hybrid position. Onsite training is 6–10 weeks on a standard day shift. After training, employees may work from home up to three business days per week.
- Monday–Friday 7 AM‑9:30 PM local time; during training a rotational weekend schedule will be provided.
- Full‑time with seasonal flexibility as required.
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher) OR 4+ years of customer service/sales experience.
- Must obtain all appropriate state insurance licenses within 30 days of hire (training may cover licensing).
- Available to work regular shifts, including training, with flexibility for overtime and weekend work.
- Must live within commuting distance of 169 Inverness Drive West, Englewood, CO.
- Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications and ability to learn new complex systems.
- Ability to adapt communication style to diverse callers.
- Hourly pay range $16.00 to $24.04 per hour for full‑time employment.
- Base pay + monthly sales incentive (average earnings $50 K–$65 K; top performers can exceed $80 K). Sign‑on bonuses up to $3 k.
