Strategic Account Executive Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales and growth targets, monitoring performance monthly and quarterly.
  • Establish, nurture, and expand relationships with National Chain Accounts through presentations, trade shows, and account needs analysis.
  • Analyze market conditions, competitive intelligence, industry trends, and product gaps to communicate insights internally.
  • Demonstrate self‑motivation and proactivity in developing relationships and executing strategic sales plans.
  • Show strong organizational skills and ability to generate new business.
  • Manage pipeline activities and sales processes, documenting opportunities in Salesforce and collaborating with internal partners such as product management, engineering, legal, international sales, and operations.
  • Share knowledge to inform, educate, train, and develop others as required.
  • Negotiate pricing agreements with accounts.
Required Education, Experience & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years sales experience with increasing responsibility.
  • Up to 50% travel required.
  • Legal work authorization in the United States; sponsorship will not be provided.
Preferred Education, Experience & Skills
  • Experience in Software, Technology, Food Retail, and/or Logistics industry, especially working with strategic accounts and national chains.
  • Bilingual language skills preferred.
Location

The ideal location is Kennesaw, GA or Palm Beach Gardens, FL, with flexibility for remote work from the West Coast. The role requires travel to customers and occasional visits to the office.

Compensation

Base salary: $ – $ annually, plus a center‑point bonus incentive and commensurate with experience.
