Responsabilités- Drive the growth of Castolin Eutectic’s wear services by targeting key accounts in the mining, construction, and fabrication industries.
- Collaborate with the Services Team, Product Managers and Marketing to identify market opportunities, provide technical and application support, and develop joint market‑penetration strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
- Identify prospects and evaluate existing customers’ needs that fit the company’s services capabilities; develop strategies for new customer acquisition and existing customer expansion.
- Maintain an opportunity pipeline within DynamicsCRM.
- Provide technical, design, and product support to customers, address wear‑related queries, and assist with proposals and quotations.
- Monitor competitor activities and pricing, providing timely information to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and implement objectives, strategies, and business plans to achieve growth targets.
- Maintain contact with other regions to share best practices and drive continuous improvement in technical and commercial approaches.
- Ensure the achievement of sales volumes, revenue targets, and enhanced gross‑profit margins for the wear‑services business.
- Support the development of a services‑growth strategic plan to advance the organization’s vision, mission and objectives.
- Identify and effectively communicate critical business issues.
- Represent the company at marketing events, trade shows, conferences, and training workshops.
- Maintain key documentation on CRM and submit weekly expense reports.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Engineering degree in Materials or Mechanical.
- 5–10 years of relevant industrial sales experience in the wear services business.
- Solid understanding of the wear‑management solutions offered across heavy industries.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair welding.
- Hunter mentality with cold‑calling experience.
- Understanding of key clients and their positions in the industry.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to interpret technical drawings.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent consultative communication skills.
- Self‑motivated and organized with strong time‑management skills.
- Ability to travel up to 60%.
