Medical Representative Professional

This position will have as its main mission the development and management of accounts in the healthcare areas of the assigned zone. Reporting directly to the Area Lead of the BU Respiratory.

Functions:

  • Promote the company's products to doctors and other healthcare professionals to increase sales and the company's position in the pharmaceutical market.
  • Plan and organize visits to doctors in the assigned area to achieve sales objectives and consolidate the partnership relationship.
  • Share accurate information with doctors and other healthcare professionals about the company's products, their composition, side effects, and contraindications.
  • Collect and analyze market, competitor, and customer information to identify sales opportunities and improve the company's position.
  • Maintain and manage relationships with doctors and other healthcare professionals to consolidate the company's presence in the territory.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to implement strategies to improve customer experience.
  • Participate in pharmaceutical sector events, congresses, and conferences to promote the company's products and acquire new knowledge.

Main Stakeholders:
Primary Care Physicians and Hospital Specialists of Barcelona North Medical & Patient-centered Solution Partner & MSL Marketing Solution Partner. Other Chiesi colleagues who share the zone Compliance & legal Customer Service.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the area Highly valued
  • Bachelor's degree in scientific disciplines, preferably in medicine, pharmacy, or biology
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical sector, ideally with a focus on respiratory

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish long-lasting relationships with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
  • Result-oriented, capable of working towards objectives and managing work autonomously.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to identify sales opportunities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to manage stressful situations and work in a dynamic and continuously evolving environment.
  • Strong capacity for innovation and multi-channelity.
