Full-Time Appointment Setter

Gentask is hiring three full-time appointment setters to pre-qualify ERC (Employee Retention Credit) customers. This role is ideal for motivated professionals who excel in phone-based outreach and customer qualification. A script, dialer, and all necessary resources will be provided. Female candidates are preferred for this role.

Key responsibilities include:

• Making outbound calls to potential ERC customers using the provided script.
• Pre-qualifying leads based on specific criteria and documenting responses.
• Scheduling follow-up appointments for the sales team.
• Utilizing the provided dialer for call management and tracking.
• Maintaining accurate records and updating lead statuses in the system.

Requirements:

• Must be available during EST.
• Strong English communication skills with a professional phone demeanor.
• Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or lead qualification.
• Ability to follow scripts while engaging prospects naturally.
• Comfortable using dialer software and CRM tools.
• Highly organized, goal-driven, and detail-oriented.

Preferred qualifications:

• Female candidates preferred.
• Background in financial services, ERC, or related industries is a plus.
• Proven success in an outbound calling environment.
