Junior Partner Success Consultant (6-Month Internship)
Location:
Milan (Pioltino area) – Hybrid Model
Compensation: €600/month + €7 daily meal vouchers

We are currently recruiting for a Partner Excellence Intern to join one of the world’s most recognizable online delivery platforms. Our client is a global leader in connecting millions of customers with their favorite local businesses, and they are currently undergoing a massive expansion within their Grocery and Retail division across Italy.
The Opportunity
This is not your typical "coffee-running" internship. You will be integrated into the Partner Excellence team, managing a portfolio of Small and Medium Business (SMB) accounts. Your goal is simple: help these businesses thrive on the platform by optimizing their operations and driving their revenue growth.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Commercial Growth:
Actively negotiate promotional deals, pricing strategies, and special offers with partners to boost their sales and average order value.
Performance Analysis:
Monitor critical operational KPIs (such as order accuracy, availability, and retention) to ensure partners are providing a top-tier customer experience.
Strategic Support:
Act as the primary consultant for your partners, using data-driven insights to help them understand how to improve their performance.
Content Management:
Ensure the "digital storefront" looks perfect by managing visual content, uploading high-quality imagery, and using basic design tools (Photoshop/AI) to enhance menu headers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work alongside the wider Sales and Marketing teams to launch and track the impact of large-scale promotional campaigns.
What My Client Is Looking For:
Native/Fluent Italian is essential, along with a strong working proficiency in English for international collaboration.
Analytical Mindset:
You should be comfortable with numbers and able to translate data from Excel or Google Sheets into real-world business actions.
Communication
Skills:
You are persuasive, confident on the phone, and enjoy the "win" of a successful negotiation.
Tech Savvy:
Proficient in Google Suite; basic knowledge of Canva or Photoshop is a major plus.
Proactive Energy:
You thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to take ownership of tasks from day one.
The Setup:
Duration: 6 months (open to both curricular and extracurricular internships).
Work Style:
Hybrid. You’ll spend 3 days a week in their modern Milan office and 2 days working from home.
