Client Relationship Manager
ResponsibilitiesYou will be the go‑to partner for B2B plan sponsors, managing inbound inquiries, proactively reaching out to at‑risk accounts, and driving retention through consultative, thoughtful service. You will sit at the intersection of customer experience, product feedback, and cross‑functional collaboration, making a visible impact on client satisfaction and business outcomes.
LocationEmployees in Denver, San Francisco, and New York City will be expected to work from the office on designated days approximately 2-3 days per week (or more depending on role). Remote work requires a secure, reliable internet connection during non‑office days.
