Director, Referral Services- Home Health and Hospice

Overview

The Director of Referral Services will provide leadership, direction, and achievement of the strategic growth for all Sentara Enterprises business lines. Travel within assigned territory is required.

• Bachelors Degree (required)
• Master’s Level Degree (MBA, MHA, or Master’s in healthcare field - preferred)
• 5 years Financial Analysis (required)
• 5 years Home Health (required)
• 5 years Hospice and IV Therapy (preferred)
• 5 years Leadership (required)
• 5 years Sales/Marketing (required)

• Responsible for the achievement of admission and census budgets for all Home Health, Hospice, IV Infusion, Medical Transport, and Lifeline locations.
• Responsible for all sales administration duties, including CRM compliance and market share analysis.
• As the primary relationship manager, the director provides responsive and relevant service to referral sources and other company stakeholders.
• Additional components of this position include strategic direction, data management, marketing, event management, and public relations.
