Manager Off Premise Account Lead - Metro Detroit

Summary

The On & Off-Premise Account Lead is responsible for managing Moët Hennessy USA’s relationships with distributor partners and key accounts across the Metro Detroit territory. This role owns account strategies to deliver sales, visibility and KPI goals, and operates in a hybrid model with remote work in Detroit and in-market account visits. The manager will lead trade advocacy, build long-term account plans, and coordinate activations and education to grow the portfolio.

• Sells Moët Hennessy brands and selects activations/programs tailored to each account.
• Builds and executes key account plans, monitoring performance and driving distribution growth.
• Visits accounts regularly to maintain relationships, gather market intel, and execute programs.
• Partners with distributor sales reps to manage pricing, order execution, and fulfillment.
• Collaborates with Channel Lead, Field Trade Marketing, and Experiential teams to deliver on-brand programs and consumer experiences.
• Leads trade advocacy initiatives and reports opportunities, risks, and competitive insights to market leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 5-7 years of professional sales and marketing experience in wine and spirits.
• Strong sales background with demonstrated analytical ability to interpret data and measure ROI.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills; self-starter with a competitive mindset.
• Frequent driving required; valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
