Job Overview

The Client Director, GMNC is a leadership role responsible for driving new enterprise revenue across a defined geographical territory. The position focuses on acquiring new client logos and whitespace opportunities, leading the client's transformation journey, and creating sustainable top‑line growth through integrated capabilities at a global scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage market and industry connections to interface directly with CIOs/CTOs and other non‑technical leaders.
  • Own and grow the assigned geographical territory, fostering excellent C‑suite and senior stakeholder relationships.
  • Promote and drive services sales opportunities with net new clients, ensuring the best client outcome.
  • Access new markets, both geographically and industry‑wise.
  • Sell the value brought by company solutions, collaborating on proposal writing for complex services and multi‑vendor deals.
  • Craft commercial constructs, negotiate and construct complex, multi‑year deals to win‑win solutions.
  • Oversee the end‑to‑end scope of client projects, engaging relevant stakeholders at the right points to close deals.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 10+ years in technology sales with at least 5+ years as an account lead in global enterprise environments.
  • Experience managing large, complex global organizations delivering integrated technology services (Digital Business Consulting, Technology Services, Cybersecurity, Workplace, Cloud, Data Centers, Networks).
  • Deep industry domain expertise in GTM strategy, large deal structuring, technical architecture, and hybrid/cloud data center solutions.
  • Proven success in negotiating and closing large technology services deals.
  • Strong collaboration skills with partner ecosystems and experience working with major strategic partners such as Cisco.
  • Excellent executive presence and the ability to engage any audience internally or externally.
  • Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to overcome internal and external challenges.
  • Strategic business partner mindset, pioneering new marketing/industry opportunities.
Technical Skills
  • Secure networking technologies (preferably Cisco).
  • Data center technologies, digital workplace, customer experience (CX), hybrid/cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of multiple technology domains and integrated capabilities.
  • Understanding of competitor products and services.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, information technology, or a related field.
  • Certifications such as CCIE, and knowledge of negotiation methodologies (e.g., Scotworks, Solution Selling, SPIN).
