Role SummaryAs an Area Manager (Dealer Strategic Partnerships), you will lead the charge in driving loan volume and market growth by building high‑impact relationships with franchise auto dealers. You will act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to your dealer network, championing the GoFi brand, maximizing sales opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that drive performance.
Responsibilities- Own dealer relationships within the assigned territory, building trust, identifying growth opportunities, and turning partnerships into high‑performing sales engines.
- Drive revenue growth by onboarding new dealer partners, increasing loan volume, and expanding GoFi’s market presence through consultative selling and strategic influence.
- Deliver impactful training and support, empowering dealers with a deep understanding of GoFi’s programs, tools, and competitive advantages.
- Act as the face of GoFi, strengthening the dealer experience and ensuring seamless coordination with assigned Dealer Specialisms to close deals and maximize value.
- Analyze performance metrics, market conditions and competitive activity to inform proactive strategies and report actionable insights to leadership.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, inspiring confidence across a wide range of audiences including management.

- High School Diploma required;
College degree preferred. - 5+ years of outside sales experience in indirect auto or similar industries.
- Demonstrated experience building relationships and driving production in a geographic territory.
- Ability to present effectively to key stakeholders within a dealership or dealer group.
- Partner with originations to resolve transaction‑level concerns and maximize the dealer experience.
- Local travel required.
- Must be located in the Greater Columbus area or willing to relocate.
- Knowledge of indirect auto decisioning process.
