Dexcom Corporation, a global leader in continuous glucose monitoring, is seeking a Territory Business Manager for the Pittsburgh North Territory. The role involves educating and selling Dexcom products to healthcare professionals, supplementing market share growth, and meeting sales targets.
Responsibilities- Engage physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and durable medical equipment providers to promote and prescribe Dexcom CGM products.
- Train healthcare professionals on product usage and integration into practice.
- Represent Dexcom at local, regional, and national trade shows and diabetes exhibits.
- Maintain regular education sessions for pharmacies within the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with district and territory sales teams, market access, trade, and government affairs to drive sales growth.
- Achieve and exceed district/territory sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Implement Dexcom strategy and use analytical tools to monitor progress toward sales goals.
- Complete all administrative requirements in a timely manner as directed by management.
- Bachelor’s degree and 8–12 years of related experience.
- Valid state driver’s license, automobile insurance, and satisfactory driving record.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
- Preferable: experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales with a high success track record; non‑medical sales experience is also considered.
- Knowledge of diabetes disease state is a plus.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with district and territory sales teams.
