Position: Field Fleet Card Sales Representative - Northeast, various locations; Southeast, various locations

Entity:
Customers & Products. The earnify TM fleet card sales representative will prospect, acquire and retain earnify fleet card customers across the US convenience and mobility business, meeting and exceeding defined sales quotas.

Key Accountabilities
  • Build and manage a strategic territory growth plan.
  • Deliver consistent, results-driven activity to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas, growing fuel volume and number of customer accounts.
  • Retain existing customer accounts and conduct account reviews with key customers.
  • Work with WEX and bp product teams to manage the sales process, account management processes, and support offer development.
  • Represent bp and the fleet card at local, regional, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with US convenience and mobility organizations, branded marketers and franchisees.
  • Represent the brand at customer sites and retail locations, ensuring alignment with values, behaviors, and safety expectations.
  • Field engagement: spend 60% of time in the field, meeting customers, prospecting at retail stations, attending new site openings, and building networks.
  • Manage a sales pipeline in Salesforce, including accurate record maintenance, data analysis, and opportunity prioritization.
  • Schedule and conduct prospect meetings that result in new cardholder acquisition.
  • Support branded marketers and franchisees in driving fleet volume growth.
Skills and Competencies
  • Product expertise in US fleet mobility card offerings and competitive landscape.
  • Value-based selling and the ability to emphasize product value beyond price.
  • Sales process management from prospecting to closing and post-sale engagement.
  • Pipeline management with a minimum of 50 calls per week, door-to-door prospecting, email marketing, Linked In outreach, and online research.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and engagement skills.
  • Self-starter, motivated, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to safety-first behaviors and company values.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in business, sales, marketing or related field.
  • Years of sales or business experience with a hunter mindset and pipeline management expertise.
  • Experience in fleet, payment or oil & gas industries is a plus.
  • Familiarity with fleet management and operations.
  • Proficient writing, speaking, listening and cold-calling skills.
  • Technical skills in Salesforce or similar CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to engage and influence decision-makers across organizations.
  • Motivated, independent, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver license and transportation; must reside near a major airport (Baltimore, MD; Washington, D.C.; Atlanta, GA; Orlando, FL; Miami, FL; Ft. Lauderdale, FL; Tampa, FL).
  • Legal authorization: at least 18 years of age, legally authorized to work in the United States, no sponsorship required.
Travel Requirement

Up to 75% travel expected with this role.

Hybrid of office and remote working.

Benefits

Base salary: $60,000 - $120,000. Eligible for US Benefits - Select, including paid vacation (120-240 hours per year for full-time), 9 paid holidays, 2 personal choice holidays, discretionary annual bonus, long-term incentive program, and 401(k) matching.
