Inside Sales Representative - Inbound Call Center

Job OverviewThis position involves converting inbound calls into new policy growth and driving results through relationship building.
Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls to assist potential and existing clients with their insurance inquiries, identifying and addressing customer needs with available products.
- Proactively make outbound calls to follow up on leads, engaging potential clients to convert inquiries into sales.
- Adhere to Amica’s phone standards and protocols to ensure productivity and consistency in customer interactions.
- Document all sales activities in a timely and organized manner to ensure appropriate follow-up.
- Complete required continuing education to remain compliant with industry standards and regulations.
- Obtain a state insurance license and fulfill ongoing education requirements; extensive training will be offered.
A starting annual salary of $48,278 ($23.21/hr). Additional compensation depends on experience and applicable licenses, up to $63,501 annually ($30.53/hr).
40 hours a week. Schedule options:
Sunday through Thursday;
Tuesday through Saturday;
Monday through Friday. Business hours 8:00 AM-7:00 PM PST. Training schedule Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:00 PM PST.
Work from home may be available up to two days a week once trained to work independently.

- High school diploma or equivalent education required.
- Previous customer service and sales experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer keyboard and processing skills.
- Previous insurance background is a plus, but not required.
Amica conducts background checks which include a review of criminal, educational, employment and social media histories. If the role involves use of a company vehicle, a motor vehicle or driving history report. The check is initiated after a conditional offer and the candidate accepts.
