Join RBC as a Group Advantage Relationship Manager Intern and enhance client relations in Eastern New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island from your home office.

As a mobile sales professional, you will excel in developing long-term relationships with corporate Sponsors while ensuring they receive benefit solutions tailored to their needs. You’ll be responsible for integrating Group Advantage services and advising clients during annual reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and grow existing Sponsor relationships effectively

• Champion Group Advantage products within market sales teams

• Conduct Annual Reviews to align programs with Sponsor needs

• Network with internal teams across banking services

• Organize corporate events to promote Group Advantage

Requirements:

• RPA or CEBS designation preferred within 18 months

• Deep knowledge of Employee Benefits and Group RRSP

• Strong sales and relationship-building skills necessary

• Effective communication for all sponsor levels

• Willingness to travel 25-50% for client meetings
