Transform the accounts receivable landscape as a Remote Customer Account Manager vate customer success by harnessing innovative AR solutions and building strong client relationships.
This role is focused on helping clients transition into modern digital payment methods through your expertise in B2B SaaS. Your collaboration with Customer Success Managers will be essential in driving account growth and enhancing client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and expand a portfolio of existing customers
• Develop coordinated strategies with Customer Success Managers
• Engage with finance and accounting executives to assess needs
• Drive all commercial activities from initiation to closure
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline visibility and updates
Requirements:
• 3-5 years experience in B2B SaaS sales
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven track record in client account management
• Ability to close mid-market deals without sponsorship
• Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office
