Drives hotel development growth across an assigned region by identifying, sourcing, and securing hotel development opportunities that expand and strengthen the brand portfolio.

• Manages territory effectively by soliciting highly qualified, new properties to the BWH brand family by identifying, researching, developing, and executing effective sales, marketing, and development methods.
• Achieves assigned quotas by effectively managing unit growth.

• Minimum 5 years of sales‑related experience, including management level assignments, in proactive marketing within the hospitality, lending or related real estate industry.
• Bachelor’s degree of related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Knowledge of hospitality, real estate or franchise sales and development.
• Receives strategic direction.
• Sales and growth focused achiever.
• Relational skills internal and external to organization.

• This is a remote‑based position with travel up to 70%.
• Geography/territory to be determined.
• Valid driver’s license, serviceable automobile and proof of insurance may be required.

• The starting salary for this role is estimated to be between $120,000 and $135,000.
• Actual base pay, however, will be determined based on several factors, which include but are not limited to: applicable skills, work experience, education, business needs, and market demands.
• This position is bonus eligible.
