Position SummaryThis position is part of the 1
Finity Global Sales team and is responsible for developing new business with North American Tier 1 wireless carriers, focused on Radio Access Network (RAN) solutions leveraging Open RAN (O‑RAN) technology. 1

The role will focus on strengthening and expanding 1
Finity’s presence within a strategic Tier 1 carrier account, driving both near‑term opportunities and long‑term technology alignment.
This position will work closely with 1
Finity Client Executives to develop and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders, while defining and driving technical and business requirements that align with customer needs. The successful candidate will collaborate extensively with the carrier’s network planning and architecture teams and therefore must possess a strong technical foundation. Deep experience in mobile and wireless technologies, network architectures, and complementary network solutions is required.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across customer planning, architecture, and operations teams to identify and create new sales opportunities for 1
Finity. - Clearly articulate the business and technical value of 1
Finity solutions to customer decision makers and key influencers. - Influence the requirements, architecture, and timing of Tier 1 carrier network decisions to align with 1
Finity’s solutions and roadmap. - Communicate and advocate customer requirements internally across 1
Finity Mobile Systems business units, Commercial Management, and Sales leadership to ensure alignment with customer needs and expectations.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (engineering or equivalent preferred).
- 5+ years of experience selling network solutions and/or leading new product or solution introductions.
- Proven experience selling to Tier 1 Communications Service Providers.
- Strong technical sales, presentation, and customer‑facing communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Self‑directed, highly motivated, high‑energy professional with a passion for developing new business opportunities.
As we are looking for a remote position, the disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. 1
Finity aligns salaries to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each situation. The pay range for this role is estimated at $128,079 to $171,000 USD. Additionally, this role may be eligible for a short‑term incentive based on company results and individual performance.
