Job Summary:
The Customer Sales Support position at Universal Stone Imports, Inc. is responsible for supporting the national sales team from the home office while serving as a resource for the collective management group. This position will involve direct customer interaction through lead generating tasks including qualifying phone calls and e-mail communication. Additionally, this position will be completing order entry and maintenance tasks utilizing SAP and Microsoft Office suite software.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- This role will assist in lead generation through research and first contact customer interactions via both phone and e-mail. This job will require use of SAP Business One and Office suite software for input and maintenance of sales quotations and sales orders. This role will coordinate with the logistics department to acquire quotes and arrange outbound freight.
- This position will actively update and complete CRM tasks in partnership with the sales team to maintain accurate customer data and status. This role will also help monitor sales, logistics, and container/shipment tracking dashboards.
- This role will also assist with both sales events and marketing programs driven by current market conditions and industry trends.
Qualifications & Education Requirements
- High School diploma and 2 years of experience in a customer service, customer experience, sales, or administrative assistant role is required. College degree and sales experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and experience using ERP & CRM software is recommended.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
