LocationHybrid, based in Florida and working remotely from a home office. This role focuses on accounts across the Gulf Coast and Southern U.S., including Florida, Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Oklahoma, with travel for client meetings and business development activities as needed.
About the RoleAs a Senior Account Executive at RDA, you'll drive business development in your region, selling strategic consulting and digital services. This is a full-lifecycle role where you'll not only win new logos but also cultivate and expand those relationships over time.
What You'll Do- Leverage Your Industry
Experience:
Apply your knowledge of digital transformation, platform implementation, and solution consulting to drive new business. - Lead with Strategy:
Help clients define objectives and success factors. - Drive Growth:
Expand service-based solutions like consulting, platform implementation, and app development. - Tailor Solutions:
Work with executives to craft custom strategies. - Collaborate:
Partner with internal teams to deliver high-impact projects. - Own the Sales Cycle:
Manage deals from lead to closing. - Leverage Partnerships:
Align with partners to drive revenue. - Plan Strategically:
Use tools like Zoom Info, Linked In Navigator, and Hub Spot to accelerate growth.
- 7+ years selling digital services, consulting, or enterprise software with significant professional services revenue.
- Experience selling custom applications, websites, customer portals, or CMS implementations. Strategy/advisory, headless CMS, and AI-led development experience preferred.
- Success in leveraging channel partnerships to drive revenue.
- Ability to convey complex solutions to senior executives.
- Willingness to travel for key client interactions.
Generous 6-digit base salary + commission on sales month after booking. Package is complete with accelerators and a variety of bonuses for new accounts, quota achievement, and more.
