This is a full‑time hybrid role for an Account Manager based in San Antonio, with flexibility to work from home part of the time.

• Manage client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and grow customer accounts, develop strategies to meet and exceed client needs.
• Prepare proposals and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality packaging solutions.
• Track market trends and provide insights to improve business processes and customer strategies.
• MUST HAVE FLEXIBLE PACKAGING EXPERIENCE.

• Strong skills in client relationship management, customer service, and account retention.
• Proficient knowledge of lamination printing.
• Proficiency in sales strategies, negotiation, and business development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry is an asset.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
• Fluency in English is required.
