Sales Events Coordinator – Cape Town, South Africa

We are looking for a Sales Events Coordinator to join our team in Cape Town, South Africa.

• Creating and updating sales materials such as brochures, flyers and banners.
• Managing sales mailings and social media activities.
• Coordinating and delivering customer‑facing sales events.
• Analyzing and compiling customer survey feedback.
• Assisting with targeted sales campaigns.
• Supporting local sales initiatives.
• Managing external resources including printers, collateral providers and collateral inventory.

• Tertiary qualification in Events Management.
• Minimum 2 years’ industry experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as SAP and Dynamics is advantageous.

• Strong teamwork and intercultural skills.
• Effective planning and organization.
• Accountability and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week.

Fluency in English.
