About Role
Technology Sales Support Manager (Senior Solution Consultant) – Remote (West Coast) – Team Mate (Wolters Kluwer CPESG). The role assists the sales team in a consultative sales process, completing RFPs, conducting product demonstrations, attending industry conferences, delivering webinars, and providing product feedback to Product Management. The position requires a product expert who can effectively communicate how Team Mate solutions align with prospect needs.

Required Job Qualifications- High proficiency in Spanish and English (native or business level); other languages desirable.
- Minimum 2 years in Advisory and 1 year in Internal Audit/Risk at top‑tier enterprise or consulting firms.
- Travel requirements: 25% travel across USA, Canada, Latin America, and South America.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in a Pre‑Sales role selling complex B2B software solutions or similar consultative sales role.
- Experience as a consultant or super‑user of complex B2B software solutions, ideally in audit or GRC space.
- Ability to understand complex business requirements and determine how solutions can address these needs.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills; ability to solve complex problems independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills with experience presenting to virtual or onsite audiences.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook).
- Internal Audit or GRC certification (e.g., CIA, CRMA, CISA, OCEG) or knowledge in related disciplines.
- Flexibility and ability to work with multiple priorities.
- Passion, resiliency, critical thinking, and strategic orientation.
- Professional, reliable, driven, and results‑oriented.
- Motivated self‑starter, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
- Well organized, capable of implementing strategies and managing multiple demands simultaneously.

- Understand Team Mate, CPESG, and Company business initiatives.
- Research and align Team Mate offerings with prospect/client business today and in the future.
- Listen to prospect/client problem spaces, decompose problems into constituent parts.
- Demonstrate how Team Mate solutions address client problems, focusing on alignment with desired methodology and business needs.
- Identify risks, recognize impact, and consult with clients on mitigation plans for deployment.
- Stay informed of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices; understand their impact on clients.
- Suggest improvements to pre‑sales materials and processes.
- Share expertise and experience to help team members.
- Collaborate with others to meet corporate, departmental, and project goals.
