Position SummaryThe Sales Account Executive is responsible for prospecting and selling new business within an assigned territory. The role requires extensive door‑knocking and in‑person engagement with decision‑makers to secure appointments and close sales. The successful candidate is self‑motivated, driven, and can work independently while following the structured sales process to achieve quotas.
Essential Job Functions- Follow Spectrum
VoIP’s sales generation process, including door‑knocking and speaking with decision‑makers in person. - Document all sales interactions in Hub Spot.
- Utilize daily sales activity tools including Spotio and the CRM system.
- Set new appointments and establish face‑to‑face contact with decision‑makers.
- Maintain strong presentation, communication, organization, and time‑management skills.
- Achieve appointment‑setting and appointment‑attending targets.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and sense of urgency.

- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience, preferably in telecommunications.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Public liability and property damage insurance.
- Viable remote home office with computer and reliable broadband internet access.
- Travel within the designated sales territory as needed.
