OverviewHibu is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to sell digital marketing solutions across a range of services including websites, search ads, display ads, reviews & reputation management, social ads, and SEO. The role offers unlimited earning potential with a base salary plus uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses.
Compensation & BenefitsYear 1 total on‑target earnings: $100,000‑$120,000, with the ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses.
Year 2 total on‑target earnings: $132,000‑$152,000, with the ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses.

- Present websites, search ads, display ads, reviews & reputation management, social ads, and SEO to prospects
- Cold‑call business owners and prospect within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
- Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining clients through strong account management
- Perform virtual and in‑person presentations to prospects
- Build strong client relationships across a wide variety of industries, ensuring diverse daily experiences
