• As a client advisor you will have access to our technology driven CRM to connect with clients who have requested a consultation; the automation will set a virtual appointment from home or anywhere to help them apply for the best plan for their needs.
• The system will send a calendar event with a one‑click link to connect for the virtual meeting.
• Our full‑time advisors will connect with 10 to 15 families per week.
• We provide ongoing training and support for our advisor partners.
• Some of our advisors start on a part‑time basis and gradually move to full‑time.
• In addition to generating client requests, we have created a Direct‑to‑Consumer platform for independent insurance advisors to leverage.
• Our client advisors earn income 24/7 by driving traffic from social media, your warm market, and clients who prefer to get coverage on their own time, while still meeting with other clients virtually!
• You as the client advisor have access to real‑time dashboards for status updates on all applications so that you can track how your 24/7 storefront is performing.
• We are empowering our agents with leading‑edge systems and technology.

• This is a 1099/commission‑based position.
• The average compensation is about $1,000 per issued client application.
• Our average full‑time advisors will enroll at least five clients per week.
• Our top advisors will protect 15 to 20 clients per week. You will earn overrides, bonuses, residuals, and all‑expense‑paid incentive travel.
• You are vested from day one.
• You may qualify for equity incentives.
• You may qualify for an agency contract, which gives you full ownership of your permanent residual income stream.
