As a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be pivotal in executing Vena’s sales strategy in your Territory. This full-time role provides flexibility for remote work, allowing you to focus on driving revenue with mid-market organizations. The position entails close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to optimize sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and own sales results in your Territory

• Influence sales strategy and enhance team performance

• Ensure timely and accurate sales reporting metrics

• Support cross-functional collaboration for revenue growth

• Attend and actively contribute to sales meetings and training

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in RSM with a strong sales record

• 5+ years of overall experience in sales development roles

• Strong presentation and communication skills

• Familiar with Salesforce and marketing automation tools

• Financial Process and Accounting expertise preferred
