We are actively seeking a Sr. Agentic AI Sales Executive. This role requires a highly entrepreneurial, strategic seller who thrives in a fast‑paced market being reshaped by AI‑driven ERP transformation. The Sr. Agentic AI Sales Executive will be based in the US and may work from a remote office; within commuting distance of one of our Regional hubs is desirable, or near a major city as extensive travel is expected across the region.

As Rimini Street drives toward its $1B+ annual revenue goal, we are expanding our team of Senior AI Executives (SAIEs) to lead the next chapter of growth across our AI‑powered enterprise solutions. This role is a pure hunter position focused on selling Agentic AI ERP, ERP modernization, ERP transformation use cases, and advanced services including AI project teams and Forward Deployment Engineers.
Compensation is based on role, location, and level of applicable experience. The general salary range for this type of role is 140k‑150k depending on skills and experience.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Achieve and Exceed Sales Quotas:
Consistently deliver quarterly and annual sales targets across AI‑powered ERP solutions, modernization services, and AI project team offerings. - Win net‑new enterprise logos and expand adoption within the existing installed base.
- Provide reliable, transparent forecasts that enable effective planning by Sales Management and Regional GMs.
- Lead and orchestrate the sales cycle in collaboration with Sales Engineering, AI Teams, Forward Deployment Engineers, Delivery, Operations, Legal, Marketing, and Finance.
- Support go‑to‑market initiatives to launch new AI and ERP offerings across geographies and industries.
- Proactively Build New Pipeline & Create AI‑Driven ERP Demand:
Execute a world‑class outbound motion, including proactive calling, targeted outreach, account planning, and executive engagement. - Build and nurture relationships with CIOs, CFOs, CTOs, CDOs, COOs, and ERP/IT leaders to establish Rimini Street as a strategic transformation partner.
- Develop and qualify opportunities for Agentic AI ERP, ERP modernization, AI‑enabled automation use cases, and AI engineering teams.
- Confidently challenge the status‑quo, addressing entrenched assumptions about traditional ERP roadmaps, upgrade cycles, integrations, and cost structures.
- Customize persuasive presentations and business cases that demonstrate ROI and competitive differentiation.
- Leverage Linked In, Linked In Sales Navigator, and modern digital selling tactics to maximize reach.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline hygiene and opportunity management in Salesforce and Clari.
- Drive Growth Within the Installed Base:
Expand current relationships by introducing AI teams, Forward Deployment Engineers, and ERP modernization initiatives that increase efficiency and innovation. - Grow adoption of Support, Managed Services, Professional Services, and new AI‑led capabilities.
- Present next‑generation ERP use cases, integrations, and automation strategies that expand value for existing clients.
- Partner with Renewals to support retention and long‑term client transformation journeys.
- Demonstrate expertise selling AI engineering teams, AI project teams, Forward Deployment Engineers, and technical squads that embed within client organizations.
- Sell third‑party ERP applications, add‑ons, and integration services that extend or modernize legacy ERP platforms.
- Identify and articulate opportunities to modernize ERP ecosystems through AI‑enabled workflows, interoperability improvements, and platform integration.
Top‑performing SAIEs will: build a continually growing, high‑quality pipeline through disciplined outbound work; confidently engage and influence senior executives on ERP strategy and AI transformation; unlock meaningful expansion revenue within the existing installed base; demonstrate mastery of AI‑driven ERP modernization and multi‑vendor ERP ecosystems; serve as strategic advisors who help customers innovate faster, reduce cost, and reshape their ERP future.
