We are looking for an Apprentice for our Customer Service within the Digital Industries business area (Core Automation) who will be trained for 2 years in Milan as a Field Service Coordinator.

Responsibilities

Supporting the scheduling of on-site and remote activities with Field Service Technicians in Italy and/or abroad;
Assisting in administrative activities related to the purchase and delivery of spare parts, following predefined procedures;
Preparation of offers and in the processing of customers’ orders, in accordance with internal guidelines;
Collaborating with Business Unit stakeholders by supporting information exchange and contributing to customer-related activities;
Providing support in activities related to the coordination of third‑party vendors, assisting the team during the different phases of the process;
Supporting customers during the Field Service process, starting from ticket registration and assisting in follow‑up activities, ensuring correct data handling and escalation when required.

Required Entry Qualifications

You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract;
High School Diploma and/or Bachelor’s Degree (or ongoing studies) in Economics, Humanities, Engineering, or similar fields;
Microsoft Office basic knowledge;
Proficiency in English and Italian;
Team player ability, strong communication & interpersonal skills;
Excellent organization and Time‑Management skills
Problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a changing environment;
Passion to never‑stop growing;
Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge;
Eligibility to work in Italy.

For apprenticeship contracts, the indicative gross annual salary range is between €28,475 and €35,700, depending on the candidate’s educational background. The apprenticeship program includes defined salary steps: compensation increases progressively based on seniority and the acquisition of skills, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL).
