As demand for healthier indoor environments continues to grow, Atmos Air is hiring a full-time Casino Sales Leader to expand our presence across the gaming sector. This role focuses on growing our business with casinos, especially Indian casinos and the Indian hotels connected to them. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, entrepreneurial sales leader who  excited to grow our reseller and dealer network while strengthening relationships with existing customers.

The Casino Sales Leader plays a central role in how we serve our customers and represent Atmos Air in the field. You  deliver our best-in-class solutions with care and consistency, manage multiple accounts across the region, and help shape the customer experience at every touchpoint. Success in this role takes strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and experience managing a customer base or territory.

The Casino Sales Leader will be trained in Atmos Air  Fairfield, CT headquarters and remotely, be home-based with occasional travel to headquarters, and require up to 75% travel to customers.

Key Responsibilities and Functions
  • Grow Atmos Air  presence in the gaming sector by developing new casino accounts, with a particular focus on Indian casinos and the Indian hotels connected to them.
  • Generate revenue through resellers/dealers and by prospecting to develop new customers within your assigned territory to achieve sales objectives.
  • Reach monthly, quarterly and annual KPI  with reporting accountability among the resellers or dealers within the territory.
  • Provide and maintain accurate reporting by documenting all activities using Hub Spot CRM.
  • Attend regional conferences and trade shows as applicable within the territory.
  • Engage and promote Atmos Air  product portfolio among industry associations such as ASHRAE.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Business to Business (B2B) sales experience
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience selling to manufacturer’s representatives for commercial HVAC products and/or selling to HVAC mechanical contractors is preferred but not required
  • Candidates living in the Central time zone (preferably Texas or Oklahoma) are preferred
