Overview

Outside Sales position with base salary, full benefits, and uncapped commissions. Hibu provides best-in-class training to help you win and grow your career.

Year 1 on-target earnings between $105,000–$115,000 with potential for more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. Year 2 on-target earnings between $115,000–$135,000. Base Salary: $63,000.

Responsibilities
  • Selling digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model, including Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO
  • Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct needs assessments
  • Grow your book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earning residual commissions through effective account management
  • Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
  • Build strong client relationships across a variety of industries

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary: $63,000. Expected first-year compensation includes base salary, uncapped commissions, bonuses, and paid training. Comprehensive benefits package (health, vision, dental), mileage reimbursement, and an expense allowance. Hybrid sales environment (home office and field work). Recognition and incentives including an annual President’s Club Trip. Clear career path in leadership and sales with potential for promotion. Three weeks of classroom training plus nine weeks of field training and ongoing company support.
