In this specialist role at SGS, you will coordinate activities to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction for selected clients. Your expertise in the automotive industry and familiarity with IATF 16949 standards will propel your success in managing contract performance and monitoring KPIs. You will also identify risks, nurture business development opportunities, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients

• Manage contract performance and monitor client-specific KPIs

• Develop effective contract documentation and oversee training

• Report project performance to senior management

• Drive business development opportunities within existing accounts

Requirements:

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required

• 3+ years in customer care or administration

• Automotive industry experience preferred

• Solid knowledge of IATF 16949 standards

• Proficiency in computer software applications
