About the Team

The Sales team is dedicated to driving revenue and deepening client relationships. We are a high‑energy, relationship‑based group that thrives on healthy competition—both around the desk and on the spikeball court—as we work to showcase the value of Subsplash’s solutions.

About the Role

Sales Development Representative (SDR) reports directly to the Sales Manager and is tasked with generating new business by sourcing, qualifying, and nurturing leads that align with Subsplash’s product offerings. SDRs collaborate closely with Senior Representatives to set up meetings and demonstrate how Subsplash empowers organizations to achieve their goals.

Top Priorities In Year 1
  • Attain deep knowledge of the Subsplash platform and its services, and conduct customer research to identify how the solutions address client needs.
  • Generate and nurture leads, building strong relationships with warm prospects and discovering new sales avenues.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of interested prospects and coordinate with Senior Representatives for progression.
  • Refine the company’s lead‑generation playbook by identifying best practices.
  • Contribute as an integral part of the revenue‑growth strategy.
Your Priorities
  • Utilize Salesforce, cold calling, and email to source new sales opportunities.
  • Conduct insightful discovery conversations that support a comprehensive solution pitch.
  • Manage the pipeline through targeted outreach strategies.
  • Document prospects’ needs in Salesforce for demo readiness.
  • Qualify leads and build relationships that convert to sales opportunities.
  • Serve as the introductory expert on Subsplash platforms and services.
  • Set up meetings or calls with prospective clients and Senior Representatives.
  • Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly results to the Sales Manager.
  • Leverage technology and account information to spark prospect interest.
  • Assess prospect needs and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Transition prospects to qualified leads through demo scheduling.
  • Participate in team‑building and company‑growth activities.
  • Maintain accurate customer and transactional data in the CRM system.

Compensation

Base salary $40,000 per year, with average first‑year on‑target earnings ranging from $50,000 to $60,000.

Location

Remote, fully‑remote positions are available only for candidates residing in these U.S. states:

AL, AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, , IA, IN, KS, KY, MO, MI, MN, NC, NM, OK, OH, OR, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WY.

Applicants not currently residing in one of the above states will not be considered.
