Department Overview

Digital Recognition Network, a Motorola Solutions company and market leader in license plate recognition (LPR) and data analytics technology for the private sector, is looking for a Senior Executive Sales Leader to serve as an outside sales resource focused on driving new revenue growth in the auto finance industry supporting the Tri‑brand solutions available across DRN|MVTrac|SCM platforms by targeting new clients.

Job Description

The Senior Executive Sales Leader for DRN will serve as an outside sales resource focused on driving revenue growth by bringing on new clients. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

Business Development
  • Prospect for new business and develop relationships with key decision‑makers.
  • Identify and develop new prospects from multiple sources including prospect lists, discovery and individual research.
  • Qualify all existing leads in  and all DRN lead databases and resources.
  • Coordinate, promote and lead webinars in your assigned region.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives.
  • Develop presentations and present clear value propositions and ROI to clients.
  • Schedule calls and onsite meetings with prospective clients.
  • Perform outbound telephone calls to identify sales opportunities.
  • Meet, track, and exceed daily call & activity metrics.
  • Align with other members of the sales organization to support overall company revenue targets.
Specific Knowledge/Skills
  • Experience in Auto Finance and Auto Recovery, servicing, and/or risk.
  • 10+ Years sales experience preferred.
  • Experience developing collaborative relationships.
  • Closing skills:
    Winning sales campaigns after they have progressed past Needs Development; closing late‑stage deals; developing reasons for prospects to act; overcoming late‑stage deal obstacles; winning confidence and support of late‑stage new entrants to the sales campaign.
  • Proficient computer skills with emphasis on Windows, Mac, or Google based applications.
  • Preferred experience with technology sales and  CRM experience.
  • Ability to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including prospect lists, discovery and individual research.
  • Proven sales achievement in a high‑energy, phone‑based selling environment a PLUS.
  • Able to thrive in a fast paced, growing, deadline driven environment
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills and capable of presenting technical concepts and product solutions to audiences ranging from IT staff to business executives.
  • Proactive, hunter‑prospecting mentality.

This position is a remote position and candidates can be located anywhere in the US.

Travel Requirements:
Ability to travel via car and air 25-50%.

Target Base Salary Range - $155,000 to $165,000 USD

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.

Basic Requirements

  • 7+ Years sales experience.
  • Previous experience in auto finance and services
  • High School Diploma and Equivalent required
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
