Key Responsibilities   Drive new business growth by identifying, qualifying, and converting transformation opportunities enabled by Microsoft Cloud, Data, and AI solutions.
Shape and accelerate joint value propositions and co‑sell strategies with Microsoft account teams, technical specialists, and PwC stakeholders to address client priorities.
Lead strategic sales pursuits from win strategy and proposal development through to client engagement and deal closure.
Align Microsoft, PwC, and Alliance teams to progress priority opportunities and support effective execution.
Leverage Microsoft partner programmes, incentives, and funding to strengthen opportunity development and enhance client value.
Maintain robust pipeline discipline, ensuring accuracy in pipeline management, progression, and reporting.
Build and maintain strong relationships across Microsoft and PwC to support long‑term growth and collaboration.

Required Qualifications   Over 10 years of experience selling Microsoft Cloud, Data, and AI solutions, with a deep understanding of Microsoft’s ecosystem and commercial frameworks.
Experience working in and understanding the professional services or consulting environments.
Proven ability to navigate complex, matrixed environments and collaborate across multiple stakeholders.
Strong commercial acumen and a results‑oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering client value and revenue growth.
Excellent relationship building and influencing skills, particularly with senior stakeholders across both Microsoft and PwC.
A proactive, entrepreneurial approach with the ability to identify and shape new opportunities with Microsoft and PwC.
Full professional proficiency in Dutch and English.
Academic Master’s degree.
Analytical and conceptual strength, with the ability to translate complex challenges into clear commercial opportunities.
Entrepreneurial drive combined with strong commercial acumen and execution power to identify, shape and grow new business opportunities.
Positive, opportunity‑driven mindset and ability to influence and realise innovative value propositions within PwC.
Strong leadership, empathy, and self‑reflection, with the ambition to motivate teams and contribute to the development of others.
