About

the role

We are seeking a Sales Manager to oversee and support the performance, development, and growth of our in-home sales team. This leadership role will work closely with ownership and senior leadership to drive revenue, strengthen sales execution, and ensure consistent performance across the team. The Sales Manager will focus on coaching, training, and reinforcing proven sales processes while building a motivated, high-performing sales organization.

What

you’ll do
  • Exceed sales objectives by mentoring, coaching, and supporting an in-home sales team to achieve consistent and sustainable results.
  • Interview, hire, and onboard new sales personnel while building a strong, performance-driven team culture.
  • Provide ongoing training and professional development through individual coaching, group sessions, and regular performance feedback.
  • Emphasize accountability, best practices, and disciplined execution to consistently meet and surpass sales goals.
  • Maintain team engagement and motivation through effective leadership, recognition, and tailored performance strategies.
Qualifications
  • No degree or formal certification is required for this role.
  • One to three years of experience leading, coaching, or managing sales teams, preferably in a performance-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated personal success in sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Willingness to learn, follow, and consistently apply our proven sales system and processes.

The pay range for this role is: 85, USD per year (Whittier, CA)
